Good Thinking is a digital service that supports Londoners to look after their mental health and wellbeing in a way that works for them, providing access to a wide range of NHS-approved resources. Since its launch in 2017, over 750,000 people have used Good Thinking to tackle anxiety, stress, low mood, sleep problems and other concerns.

Good Thinking is free for Londoners and is supported by the Mayor of London, London Councils and the Association of Directors of Public Health in London, covering all 32 London boroughs.

From 31 January 2026, the Good Thinking programme will draw to a close. Some of the tools and resources developed by the programme will still be available through partner programmes and the website will be archived for continued access. although it will not be updated.
