Fostering Community – Jennie Tweedy, Communities Lead and Nasra, a local parent
Jennie will be joined by Nasra to share how the ‘Fostering Community’ workstream developed through co-production to support parents with children under 5 and children with additional needs.
These sessions will celebrate the work done by Save the Children and the Reach Foundation on the Feltham Early Learning Community (FELC). After five years of partnership, the FELC is transitioning to be fully embedded in the Reach Foundation, with key aspects of the work integrated into the Local Authority’s Family Hubs offer.
These three sessions will share learning from the last five years and insights generated from taking a place-based approach to improve Early Years outcomes. Each session will be an hour-long deep dive into each of the three workstreams of FELC, followed by Q&A.
