 ties Lead and Nasra\, a local parent\nJennie will be joined by Nasra to sh
 are how the 'Fostering Community' workstream developed through co-producti
 on to support parents with children under 5 and children with additional n
 eeds.\n\nThese sessions will celebrate the work done by Save the Children 
 and the Reach Foundation on the Feltham Early Learning Community (FELC). A
 fter five years of partnership\, the FELC is transitioning to be fully emb
 edded in the Reach Foundation\, with key aspects of the work integrated i
 nto the Local Authority's Family Hubs offer.\n\nThese three sessions will 
 share learning from the last five years and insights generated from taking
  a place-based approach to improve Early Years outcomes. Each session wil
 l be an hour-long deep dive into each of the three workstreams of FELC\, f
