This year the London HDRCs and the Local Authority Public Health Research Network will jointly host a Local Authority Public Health Research Conference for London.
The conference will take place 6 May 2026 at London’s South Bank University (time: TBC). The theme of the conference is “Making Research Stronger Together”. The intended audience is London local authority staff and researchers involved in public health in London. The day will be an opportunity for sharing learning on innovations and evidence across local authorities and practice workshops on key priorities such as housing, food, opportunities for residents, community safety, economic inclusion, implementing the NHS plan and neighbourhoods.
