NHS England (NHSE) London region have commissioned a Babies, Children and Young Peoples Collaborative from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement which focuses on integration and has been running for the last year. For 2023-24 we are interested in offering support to a number of additional test sites focussed on early years integration.
