This virtual session on public health workforce management will be chaired by Alison Challenger, DPH West Sussex and Chair of the ADPH Workforce and Funding PAG.
It will be a facilitated discussion to explore and share approaches in addressing two critical workforce issues – pay and T&Cs of newly appointed CsPH and sufficient staffing in public health. The discussion is an opportunity to share local experiences and challenges to support DsPH across the four countries and dependant territories.
