ADPH held a workshop targeted to DsPH who had been in post for less than one year, including those in interim/acting positions.

The session was very well received with attendees asking for a further follow up session in which to carry on discussions.

The event was chaired by ADPH Vice-President, Jim McManus, and included a session on leadership style led by ADPH Honorary Secretary, Rupert Suckling. The group then reflected on personal experiences and local systems. The group also heard CEO perspective from Tom Riordan, CEO for Leeds City Council, and a DPH perspective from Jason Strelitz, DPH Newham. View the agenda.
