World Mental Health Day 2024 – 10 October 2024
The focus of this year’s campaign is on prioritising mental health in the workplace, with a particular focus on the consequences of stress and anxiety in the workplace in the form of exhaustion and, ultimately, ‘burnout’. To mark the event, Good Thinking has launched an updated employer toolkit, providing resources and guidance for companies and organisations to support better mental health and wellbeing for staff.
The updated employer toolkit includes an introduction to the Good Thinking digital mental health service and how it can support employee mental health and wellbeing. There’s a simple, bespoke guide on how to use Good Thinking resources in the workplace and links to useful free mental health and wellbeing resources for employers to share with staff, wellbeing leads and Human Resources teams. Also included are a wide range of printable assets for use across digital channels and communal workspaces to provide guidance and support on mental health and wellbeing.
