UKHSA Webinar: Net Zero and Potential Health Co-Benefits of Climate Action

Stakeholders are invited to our upcoming webinar ‘Net Zero: The potential health co-benefits of climate action’.

This will take place on Monday 4 November 2024 between 14:00-15:10pm. It has been organised by UKHSA as a part of the Health Protection Research Unit (HPRU) in Environmental Change and Health.  

This webinar will give a brief overview of key evidence around the potential health co-benefits of climate action including in the areas of housing, transport, diets and agriculture and greening, with scientists from across the HPRU. There will be an opportunity for Q&A.

It is aimed at public health professionals and those working in areas related to climate change/environmental health in the NHS, local government or voluntary and community sector.   

The webinar will be held online via Microsoft Teams and you can sign up through the registration page.

An agenda and more information will be added to the event and circulated closer to the time.
