School of Applied Sciences is delighted to invite you to this dissemination and networking event where they will share the findings from our National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) funded trial exploring an e-cigarette intervention for smoking cessation in people experiencing homelessness (Project SCeTCH).
They welcome Professor Linda Bauld (University of Edinburgh, Scottish Government) as chair, with Martin Dockrell (Office for Health Disparities and Improvement) as discussant. Speakers include project leads Professor Lynne Dawkins (LSBU) and Dr Sharon Cox (UCL), and other SCeTCH team members from across the UK.
Talks will cover an overview of intervention, including effectiveness and cost effectiveness as well as the ‘real world’ relevance.
This event is intended for those working in the third sector, health care practitioners, stop smoking advisors, public health professionals and academics. By registering for this event you are confirming you are not employed, consult for, or have any affiliation with the tobacco industry.
