London Smoke Free Pregnancy Week Webinar

As part of London Smoke Free Pregnancy Week the LTA is  running a webinar on Wednesday 20 November 10.30am – 12pm for health care professionals and other interested colleagues. Speakers will be giving short presentations followed by a panel discussion chaired by Nina Khazaezadeh, Regional Chief Midwife NHS London.

Speakers will include:

• Professor Peter Hajek , Queen Mary’s University London on research into vaping and pregnancy
• Jayne Coyne, National pregnancy incentive lead on the National Smokefree Pregnancy Incentive Scheme
• John Waldron, Policy Manager ASH, updated Smoking in Pregnancy Challenge Group position on Vaping in Pregnancy briefing
• Professor Caitlin Notley, Professor of Addiction Science on potential interventions in neonatal units
