The London Chemsex Conference has become a rare space where practitioners can meet, learn and share.

Delegate feedback from 2024 and 2025 is clear: high-quality speakers, practical learning, and cross-sector exchange made the day directly useful to the work we do.

This year’s conference responds to that feedback with a strong focus on practice. If you work in chemsex, drugs, sexual health, mental health, emergency care, commissioning or policy, this is a serious day for serious practice.

GMHC is delivering this Conference in partnership with Antidote. Antidote is the UK’s only LGBTQ+ run and targeted drug and alcohol support service. GMHC’s health and wellbeing project has had a focus on chemsex harm reduction for 15 years.

This year’s conference features a brand-new, practice-focused agenda designed specifically to address the complex trends intersecting across public health, clinical care, and local commissioning.

• For Commissioners & Drugs, Public and Sexual Health Leads: Gain vital data on the shifting “London chemsex landscape,” localized trends  and strategic directions for pan-London partnerships. This is a prime opportunity to discover “what works” to optimize integrated care pathways and service design.
• For Frontline & Clinical Sexual Health Staff: Walk away with concrete “tools for frontline workers” directly from clinical psychologists at All East Sexual Health and 56 Dean Street. Sessions focus heavily on complex safeguarding, clinical risk management, and safe care protocols.
• For Outreach & Support Teams: Deepen your cultural competence regarding complex intersections, including how chemsex impacts neurodivergent service users, individuals experiencing homelessness, and clients navigating the criminal justice system.
