The causal link between poor health and poor housing condition has long been established, and substandard housing conditions, such as cold, overheating, damp and mould, can contribute to a range of physical and mental health risks including respiratory issues, physical pain and headaches.
In an extreme case we have seen tragedies like the death of Awaab Ishak, directly linked to poor quality housing.
This webinar, for public health and integrated health care professionals, will

- provide an overview of current legislation and reforms
- explore some of the challenges and opportunities in the London region.
