Good Thinking Legacy Report

Good Thinking, London’s pioneering digital mental wellbeing service, supported more than 900,000 Londoners between 2017 and its closure in January 2026. As the first city‑wide service of its kind globally, it offered free, 24/7 access to clinically‑validated tools and resources for anxiety, stress, low mood and sleep problems.
Although the service has now closed, its website content has been archived for reference, and its legacy offers valuable insight into how digital, co‑designed mental health support can reduce pressure on services while empowering people to manage their wellbeing.
