Public Health Grants to Councils 2025/26

Today the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) published the public health grant allocations for councils to help improve health in local populations.

In the financial year 2025/26, the total public health grant to councils will be £3.858 billion. The grant will be ring-fenced for use on public health functions.
