Earlier this month, ADPH President, Greg Fell OBE, attended the Sabri Ulker Food Research Foundation Istanbul Science Summit where he delivered a a thought-provoking session exploring why tackling obesity means looking beyond individual choices and addressing the harmful commercial influences and tactics that make foods and drinks high in fat, sugar, and salt more available, affordable, and appealing in our everyday lives.
