ADPH supports energy drink ban

Today, we have submitted a response to the Government’s consultation on proposals to ban the sale of high-caffeine energy drinks to children following a commitment made in the King’s Speech 2024. In it, we outline the reasons for supporting a comprehensive ban on any drink that contains over 150mg of caffeine per litre, except coffee and tea.
