Associate Member Workshop
Tuesday 19 October (14:00-16:00)
Platform: MS Teams
The ADPH held a workshop for our Associate Members.
The session was very well received with attendees and was described as informative, interesting and reflective. The workshop was chaired by the two Associate Representatives, Claire Beynon, Consultant in Public Health Wales, and Mary Orhewere, Assistant DPH Birmingham City Council.
Rupert Suckling, DPH Doncaster and ADPH Membership Secretary, ran a session on Power, Leadership and Advocacy. Matt Ashton, DPH Liverpool, led a session on Leadership during COVID-19. Greg Fell, DPH Sheffield and ADPH Honorary Secretary, gave an overview of the Public Health System Reform. All of the sessions facilitated a healthy amount of discussion and allowed members to raise queries and reflect on the past 18 months. The agenda can be viewed here.
