Healthy ageing

On Sunday, people around the world will mark the United Nation’s International Day of Older Persons https://www.un.org/en/observances/older-persons-day.

This year’s theme is ‘Fulfilling the Promises of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights for Older Persons: Across Generations’ and to mark the occasion, we are publishing our new policy position statement on healthy ageing.

In it, we outline our national and local recommendations for ensuring we remain independent and healthy as we get older.
