ESUCG Harm Reduction Working Group Develops Letter of Comfort Template for Crack Pipe / Safer Inhalation Kits

The English Substance Use Commissioners’ Group (ESUCG) Harm Reduction working group has recently developed a free, downloadable template letter of comfort regarding crack pipe / safer inhalation toolkits. This template aims to assist commissioners in engaging with local police leaders on the issue where it is requested for a letter of comfort to be provided.
