The Cumbria & Lancashire Public Health Collaborative has three work streams and each work stream has a number of project areas.

Topic Leads
Each project area has a senior sponsor from the Collaborative Leadership Group, and the Programme Team support the sponsor in developing their work area and moving it forwards.
