The Cumbria and Lancashire Public Health Collaborative launch our refreshed Plan On A Page for the coming year.

Thanks to colleagues from across Cumbria and Lancashire who took part in the ‘Collaborative Planning Session’ workshop on Friday 19th April. The workshop was organised jointly by the Collaborative and the Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB Population Health team.
The event, chaired by Abdul Razaq, Director of Public Health for Blackburn with Darwen and Andrew Bennett, Director of Population Health, Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board, aimed to:
- Recognise what we’ve achieved.
- Identify how we can be even better.
- Agree what we want to work on together as Public Health and Population Health Teams.
- Agree our key priorities.
- Agree how our infrastructure should drive forward work on our priorities.
- Agree how we will work together
Key speakers included: Abdul Razaq, Director of Public Health for Blackburn with Darwen Council, Katrina Stephens, Director of Public Health for Westmorland and Furness Council and Andrew Bennett, Director of Population Health for Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board.

Following the workshop, the Collaborative Team worked on an updated plan which was approved by the Collaborative Leadership Group in May 2024.
