Eugenia Cronin is Consultant in Public Health supporting ADPH West Midlands.

She brings senior-level experience, including recent work on Wales’ national child poverty strategy and supporting English local authorities since 2020 on children’s public health, mental health, and domestic abuse.

She has led needs assessments, service evaluations, and reviews across a range of organisations. Eugenia’s PhD in health services research focused on primary care support for mental health. With academic and NIHR advisory experience, she is committed to evidence-based practice and building capacity to do public health research, particularly in local government.

Neil is an experienced coordinator and strategic leader with a strong background in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and multi-sector collaboration.

As ADPH West Midlands Network Coordinator, Neil drives regional partnerships across local authorities, NHS trusts, universities, and government agencies to deliver impactful public health initiatives.

With a career spanning higher education and public sector roles, Neil has led complex operations, managed budgets, and implemented change management strategies. His expertise includes research-informed policy development, service delivery in regulated environments, and fostering cross-organisational collaboration.

Neil is passionate about collaboration and innovation, and brings proven skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and people management to advance collaborative frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.
