A Workshop hosted by the Cumbria & Lancashire Public Health Collaborative with the purpose of exploring how we can work together to;

• reduce the prevalence of raised BP & Hypertension
• develop our shared approach to case finding and subsequent follow up
• better understand the immediate challenges and opportunities facing the system
