Towards the end of June, we have two CPD sessions planned covering Leadership- these will be delivered by the Leadership Centre online via MS Teams. The Leadership Centre help to promote the value of leadership and empower leaders to have a strong, collective and positive impact on communities they serve. The sessions will be lead by Debbie Sorkin, an experienced speaker who has delivered similar programmes of work in other areas that were well received.

The sessions we have planned will be delivered over the course of two weeks via MS Teams. Further detail for each session is provided below:

Session 1 – Skills for System Leadership, Thursday 18th June 2026 

This online workshop is an introduction to systems leadership to enable participants to learn more about what it is as well as hearing about local system experiences.

Session 2 – Together in Complexity: Taking a whole system approach, Thursday 26th June 2026 

This online workshop will follow on from the previous session. This session will focus on a recap on why systems leadership and taking a whole-system view can help in current environments.

You’re more than welcome to attend both sessions if possible but please note that this isn’t compulsory!
