DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to invite you to our second Housing\, Health\,
  and Care Programme conference which will be held on 8 May at Ramside Hall
 \, Durham.\n\nThe programme is led by a partnership which includes the Ass
 ociation of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS)\, the Northern Hous
 ing Consortium\, NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated care Board an
 d the TEC Services Association (TSA)\, along with many others from across 
 the region who are all working collaboratively to address priority areas t
 o improve housing in the region and help make a difference to people's liv
 es.\n\nThe 'My home\, My care\, My way' conference is suitable for anyone 
 working or having an interest in housing\, within local authorities\, NHS\
 , VCSE and the private sector.\n\nIt will be fantastic opportunity to hear
  from national and regional speakers\, be updated on programme activity\, 
 hear from people with lived experience and learn about some of the latest 
 innovations.\n\nInteractive sessions will also provide the opportunity for
  delegates to help shape the programme's activity for the year ahead and n
 etwork with like-minded people committed to improving housing in our regio
 n.\n\nOur aspiration is that people in communities can live the life they 
 want and do the things that are important to them as independently as poss
