DESCRIPTION:The response to the Covid-19 pandemic over the last few years h
 as been an incredibly\nchallenging time for us all individually\, as organ
 isations\, and collectively as a system. We\nknow we do not need to tell y
 ou the importance of ensuring we learn from our collective\nexperience.\n\
 nWe are aware that there has been a huge amount of work undertaken both in
 dividually as\norganisations\, and collectively across partnerships to ide
 ntify lessons from our own response\nto the pandemic.\n\nNow is the opport
 une moment to ensure we fully discharge our duties by not only identifying
 \nlessons but ensuring we share them across our changing systems\, working
  together to look\nat how we can embed and take them forward as effectivel
 y as possible into our planning for\nfuture pandemics.
