DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe London Community Champions Development Programme invite
 s young people (12-24 years old)\, the NHS\, Local Government\, and volunt
 ary / community organisations who work with young people\, to join us to 
 co-design a Young Champions Model and outline priority health issues to s
 hare with adult champions.\n\nKey Discussion Points:\n\n 	Establishing sh
 ared aims for the Young Champions Programme\n 	Identifying successful appr
 oaches to engage with young people and collaborate with the NHS/Local Gove
 rnment\n 	Co-designing materials for effective communication and outreach 
 work.\n\nPlease share with your networks of relevant colleagues and commun
