SUMMARY:UKHSA: Action Counters Terrorism Training
DESCRIPTION:EPRR UKHSA London Region\n\n\n\nWe will be running Action Count
 ers Terrorism training in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police and UKH
 SA security teams. ACT training is an important training session that form
 s part of the UK Governments CONTEST strategy and the new Terrorism (Prote
 ction of Premises) Act 2025\, more commonly known as Martyn’s law. The s
 ession provides staff with key knowledge and skills to recognise and respo
 nd to situations\, such as:\n\n 	Identify and responding to suspicious beh
 aviour\n 	Identifying and dealing with a suspicious item\n 	What to do in 
 the event of a bomb threat\n 	What to do in the event of a firearms attack
 .\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThose that have attended the training have found it to be 
 beneficial in both their professional and personal lives\, and 100% of att
 endees have stated that they would recommend this training to their collea
 gues. The session will run on the 11th of September from 13:30 for 2hrs 30
