DESCRIPTION:Third session:\n\nImproving access &amp\; availability to 0-2 s
 ervices - Rebecca Leuw\, Perinatal Lead\nRebecca will share the Feltham E
 arly Learning Community's integrated model of perinatal support\, the rela
 tional practice at the heart of the model's success\, and how she is now e
 mbedding this work in the Hounslow Family Hub's Parent and Infant Relation
 ship Service.\n\nThese sessions will celebrate the work done by Save the C
 hildren and the Reach Foundation on the Feltham Early Learning Community (
 FELC). After five years of partnership\, the FELC is transitioning to be f
 ully embedded in the Reach Foundation\, with key aspects of the work inte
 grated into the Local Authority's Family Hubs offer.\n\nThese three sessio
 ns will share learning from the last five years and insights generated fro
 m taking a place-based approach to improve Early Years outcomes. Each ses
 sion will be an hour-long deep dive into each of the three workstreams of 
 FELC\, followed by Q&amp\;A.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRegister here.
