DESCRIPTION:Second Session:\n\nEarly Years Workforce Development - Katheri
 ne Richards-Bryant\, Early Education Lead\nKatherine will be joined by her
  two colleagues to explain how the EY workforce development pipeline in Fe
 ltham has grown and the impact it has on educators\, settings and children
 's outcomes.\n\nThese sessions will celebrate the work done by Save the Ch
 ildren and the Reach Foundation on the Feltham Early Learning Community (F
 ELC). After five years of partnership\, the FELC is transitioning to be fu
 lly embedded in the Reach Foundation\, with key aspects of the work integ
 rated into the Local Authority's Family Hubs offer.\n\nThese three session
 s will share learning from the last five years and insights generated from
  taking a place-based approach to improve Early Years outcomes. Each sess
 ion will be an hour-long deep dive into each of the three workstreams of F
 ELC\, followed by Q&amp\;A.\n\nRegister here.
