 lts whilst minimising risk to children and young people\n 	Celebrate Londo
 n-wide action on smoking cessation and harm reduction\, including tackling
  the associated health inequalities\n 	Share local best practices and inno
 vation in tobacco control\n\nWith keynote address from Professor Sir Chris
  Whitty\, Chief Medical Officer for England and additional speakers to be
