 tion session focused on improving psychological support for individuals de
 aling with long Covid. Whether you have previously been offered psychologi
 cal support by the North West London long Covid Psychology service or not\
 , your insights and experiences are invaluable to creating better resource
 s for those affected by this condition.\n\nThis online session will be con
 ducted via Zoom\, allowing participants to engage from the comfort of thei
 r own homes. We aim to gather feedback\, ideas\, and suggestions from a di
 verse range of individuals who have first-hand experience with long Covid.
 \n\nThe purpose of this session is to foster a collective effort in co-cre
 ating enhanced support strategies for long Covid. By actively participatin
