 gister.\n\nPlease join us for the second annual NHS Violence Reduction Aca
 demy Symposium hosted by the NHS London Violence Reduction Programme and Q
 ueen Mary University of London. The event will take place on Thursday\, 20
 th November at the Royal College of Nursing.\n\nThe symposium will showcas
 e new evidence and practice in health-based violence reduction service del
 ivery. The morning agenda includes keynote presentations and a panel discu
 ssion\, with the afternoon divided into a more interactive programme of ta
 lks\, seminars and workshops. The topics include:\n\nMorning agenda:\n• 
 Health-Based Practice with presentations from:\n• The London Vanguard ps
 ychological model of care for young people in communities\n• The Hospita
 l-Based Youth Work Evaluation conducted by Social Finance and the London V
 iolence Reduction Unit\n• Health Spot as an exemplar of Integrated Healt
 h\n• Inpatient Trauma Psychology Service in London Major Trauma Centres\
 n• Panel Discussion exploring future directions/strategy directions for 
 violence reduction policy\, evidence and action\n• Youth Presentation sh
 owcasing participatory research and creative expression with young people\
 n\nAfternoon sessions:\nAttendees will be asked to choose between two sess
 ions occurring simultaneously.\n\nSessions\nData &amp\; Insights: data as 
 a source of actionable insights OR\nResearch: a showcase of recent academi
 c research projects\nBreak\nYouth Work: the important role trusted relatio
