DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn conjunction with Smoking and Mental Health Week\, 2 - 6 
 June 2025\, the London Tobacco Alliance is hosting a Smoking and Mental He
 alth Webinar. This webinar is aimed at health and care professionals and t
 hose working in tobacco control to understand more about the links between
  smoking and mental health.\n\nSmoking rates among people suffering mental
  health conditions are significantly higher than the general population\, 
 leading to greater level of associated smoking-related health harms and pr
 emature death.  In addition\, there is great variation in how smoke free
  policies are implemented in mental health settings.\n\nListen to a range 
 of leaders in their field talk about the relationship of smoking on mental
  health and related issues - and how working together action can be taken 
 to support smokers to quit and develop smoke free environments.\n\nMore in
