DESCRIPTION:The Local Government Association is hosting a free webinar\, fu
 nded by government\, about how councils can use behavioural change techniq
 ues when working with communities. \nThe session will feature councils tha
 t have used behavioural change techniques to tackle challenges. Themes inc
 lude how councils are changing behaviours relating to the cost-of-living c
 risis\, for example through supporting residents to reduce their energy co
 nsumption and increase take-up of home retrofitting measures.\nCouncils wi
 ll also share how they are using behaviour change techniques to support yo
