SUMMARY:LHEP: Faith and Health Network Conference
DESCRIPTION:The Legacy and Health Equity Partnership (LHEP) is pleased to i
 nvite colleagues to a faith and health network conference. The conference
  is for public health professionals who work with faith partners towards b
 etter health for communities as well as their key partners or voluntary se
 ctor organisations working with them in this area.\n\nThe purpose of the e
 vent is to bring together health system partners\, faith partners\, academ
 ics and other key stakeholders to discuss the key role of faith in healt
 h partnerships and how these partnerships can support community engagement
  in addressing health inequalities. Building on the experience of already 
 established networks we will also explore the sustainability and future of
  these networks. The event will feature engaging keynote speeches\, intera
 ctive panel discussions and valuable networking opportunities. FHN Confere
