SUMMARY:Inclusion health and multiple disadvantage: Driving action in a new
  system landscape
DESCRIPTION:\n\nOHID (DHSC)\, UKHSA and NHS England are holding this event 
 to support colleagues across the health and social care system to drive ac
 tion on inclusion health and multiple disadvantage.\n\nThe session will:\n
 \n 1. Introduce new resources that have been co-developed by OHID (DHSC)
 \, NHS England\, local authority and ICB representatives\, Pathway and oth
 er VCSEs. The resources are intended to support organisational and system 
 work at a local level and include:\n\n 	Inclusion health data and intelli
 gence resource for England: An interactive resource that contains a summar
 y of statistics in the public domain and provides supporting information t
 o facilitate informed decision-making.\n 	Briefing pack: Driving action in
  a new system landscape: An adaptable slide set to support action on inclu
 sion health and multiple disadvantage. It can be used as a full pack\, or 
 you can select relevant sections to tailor to audience\, role\, and local 
 priorities.\n 	Inclusion health self-assessment tool: An engagement and re
 flection tool to assess progress on inclusion health based on the NHS Engl
 and framework.\n 	Inclusion health safeguarding self-assessment tool: Anen
 gagement tool developed by Transformation Partners in Health and Care in c
 ollaboration with Pathway\, NHS England London\, London region ICBs and OH
 ID to help understand safeguarding activity and explore the impact of safe
 guarding activities championed in the NHS England framework.\n 	Inclusion 
 health services mapping tool:An Excel-based tool developed by UCLH (Find &
 amp\; Treat) and UKHSA designed for local planners and commissioners to ma
 p inclusion health services. It collects service-level data to create a lo
 cal snapshot of provision which supports monitoring and evaluation against
  the NHS Inclusion Health Framework and NICE NG214 (Homelessness health an
 d care).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n2. Provide an opportunity to hear from case studies
