DESCRIPTION:Virtual conference\, web-based\n\nThe Covid-19 pandemic has lai
 d bare deep-seated health inequalities. This issue is now at the forefront
  of the minds of people across the health and care system\, as they seek t
 o develop strategies aimed at reducing health inequalities at a regional\,
  integrated care system (ICS) and place level.\n\nThis conference will bri
 ng together individuals and teams developing health inequalities strategie
 s. We will discuss the need for universal action at a population health le
 vel and targeted action to address issues affecting people facing the wors
 t health outcomes\, showing how these two approaches interlink.\n\nThe con
 ference will also explore opportunities across health and care to tackle h
 ealth inequalities and learn from local and international leaders about ho
 w they are overcoming the challenges of turning evidence into action to ma
 ke a difference to health inequalities.\nNetworking opens Monday 17 April.
  Sessions go live Tuesday 25 – Wednesday 26 April. \nCatch up on demand
