DESCRIPTION:\nOur changing climate continues to threaten human health and w
 ellbeing locally\, nationally and globally. The need for urgent and effec
 tive action on climate change across the public health workforce is ever m
 ore pressing. With this in mind\, the FPH Sustainable Development SIG in
 vites all public health colleagues to this Climate and Health Conference i
 n London.\nIn coming together on this day\, we will build greater capacity
  for climate action and advocacy across the diverse systems we work within
 \, from local to national. We will hear from leaders and peers in this spa
 ce\, and carve out time for discussion\, making connections\, sharing idea
 s\, celebrating the innovative work already ongoing across the UK\, and ge
 nerating the momentum and networks that will facilitate our future action
