DESCRIPTION:Launched on the 29th October\, the Ethnicity Recording Improvem
 ent Plan sets out clear\, practical actions to strengthen the completeness
 \, consistency\, and quality of ethnicity data across NHS systems. High-qu
 ality ethnicity data is essential to ensure equitable access\, experiences
 \, and outcomes for all patients\, and to reduce health inequalities acros
 s ethnic groups. The plan provides a framework for Integrated Care Boards 
 (ICBs)\, providers\, and partners to identify gaps\, improve recording pro
 cesses\, and use data more effectively to tackle inequalities.\n\nTo suppo
 rt the implementation of the plan\, a webinar will be held on the 2 Decemb
 er 2025 2:00pm - 3:30pm.\n\nThe aims of the webinar are to:\n• set out t
 he ambitions of the Plan and our expectations of ICBs and providers\n• s
 hare practical examples of improving ethnicity recording\n• support orga
 nisations to reflect on how they can improve ethnicity recording\nTo atten
