TPGs\, often referred to a s ‘entrenched’ rough sleepers\, are identified by individual local aut horities.\n\nBruno advises local authorities on developing and implementin g strategies to reduce 'rough sleeping' and contributes to policy and plan ning for government priorities. He also collaborates with King's College L ondon on research related to self-neglect and mental capacity in the conte xt of multiple exclusion homelessness.\n\nAndy works with public and third sector organisations on issues related to multiple exclusion homelessness and social exclusion.
