  - 16:30 training session\n\nOverview of the Session:\n\n• This session 
 explores Cultural Competence (CC) in more depth (with pairs and group exer
 cises throughout).\n\n• Participants will be asked to pre-read before th
 e session and complete their self-assessment.\n\n• Participants will be 
 able to understand where they are in their own journey\, how as DsPH/CsPH
 ’s this could support their action plan and operating environment\, and 
 consider the council organisations in which they work.\n\n• How the appr
 oach can support co-construction and building of trust in public health wi
 th communities of all cultures.\n\n• It will consider how this approach 
 can support the WRES\, Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and other place-based
  relevant issues e.g. The Messenger Review on Health and Social Care Leade
 rship .\n\n• We will look models on the construction of ‘whiteness’ 
 and the construction of different cultures.\n\nReserve a spot.
